We are delighted to share some exciting updates and developments from our Village at Moorpark Shopping Center as we transition into the vibrant season of summer. Welcoming New Additions
In March, we proudly welcomed Mountain Mike's Pizza to our community, occupying a spacious 3,027 square foot unit. With ongoing improvements and the installation of new signage, we're thrilled to soon provide our patrons with another delicious dining option.
May brought another exciting addition to the Village at Moorpark Shopping Center with the arrival of a new gym tenant, occupying a 2,004 square feet space. Interior remodeling is currently underway, promising an enhanced fitness experience for our health-conscious visitors.
Furthermore, we are excited to announce that a facial aesthetician is looking to relocate her operation to our center. This new service will perfectly complement our beloved Pamper Me Nails, renowned for their exceptional service and continual patronage from Moorpark residents.
Thriving Businesses
Our Amazon Fresh grocery store continues to exceed expectations, reporting higher delivery sales than any other Amazon Fresh store in the region. This remarkable achievement is a testament to our prime location, strong demographics, and the unwavering support of our patrons.
Additionally, the Lucky Strike Bowling Alley remains a popular destination, attracting families and corporate events from miles away. With its state-of-the-art facilities, it continues to be a favorite entertainment draw with the community at large.
Leasing Update
With the addition of new tenants and the continuous patronage from our community, we are thrilled to announce that the Village at Moorpark Shopping Center is currently 93% leased. An influx of new prospects have shown interest in our remaining vacancies, or have begun the leasing process. This new growth coincides with our favorable refinance, currently underway. With our successful business plan nearing completion, it's a wonderful time to be a Village at Moorpark investor.
